EXTERIOR RENDERS
The site is situated on a busy traffic lane in the northern part of Timisoara. The dynamic arrangement of the buildings, along with the constantly shifting perspectives and multi-layered terraces, creates a rich visual experience.
The activity in the square, featuring outdoor seating, market stalls, and lounge areas, serves as an extension of the ground floor commercial functions. The residential complex includes apartments, commercial spaces, public areas, and a hotel.
CREDITS.
The first steps involved meetings with the client, to gather their brief and obtain the 3D files from the architecture studio, along with the architectural plans.
We integrated everything into the Unreal Engine software, which required approximately four weeks of work to apply textures to surfaces, create interior views for the apartments, add vegetation, architectural details, street details, and develop the overall environment.

Once these tasks were completed, we began rendering tests and sought feedback from the client as needed. We maintained regular communication with the client to ensure we were on the right track.
After nearly five weeks of work, we completed the final renders, which only required slight enhancements using an AI service to increase realism. The amount of AI utilized in the final results was no more than 5%.
