The project commenced around 2018 and is being developed in phases, featuring several “towers.” Tower 1 has been completed, while Towers 2 and 3 are further along in construction. Additionally, a fourth building, referred to as “Tower Four,” is currently being built.

Upon completion, the project will consist of approximately 955 apartments. In Phase 1, over 500 units are expected to be available. The development will include multiple towers, with at least four under construction in various stages. Tower Four has 11 floors and will contain 77 units.

ARCHITECTURE.
CLIENT
A significant emphasis is placed on parks and green areas within the complex. There will be a dedicated park of over 6,000 m² for residents, with some sources citing the total green spaces and parks could exceed 11,000 m².

The design features loggia balconies that offer privacy and shelter, along with generous spacing of approximately 50 meters between towers to enhance space, light, airflow, and privacy.

The initial steps involved meetings with the client, the marketing team of XCity Towers, to gather their brief and obtain the 3D files from the architecture studio, along with the architectural plans. We integrated all of this into the 3D Studio Max software, which required approximately five weeks of work. During this time, we applied textures to surfaces, created interior views for the apartments, added vegetation and architectural details, incorporated street elements, and developed the overall environment.
Once these tasks were completed, we began conducting rendering tests and sought feedback from the client as needed. We maintained regular communication with the client to ensure we were progressing correctly. After nearly five weeks of work, we successfully completed the final renders
