Design of a modern house with Airbnb type destination, in an intra-mountain area with holiday destination or semi-moderate use. The design and concept were thought starting from the exterior of the structure. The choice of dark shades with small contrasting accents was made to render a continuity of the exterior facades.
The concept is a modern, elegant one and the choice of furniture reflects this aspect. Both shades of anthracite, black and warm elements that give strong contrast such as orange or wood were used. The living area is the center of interest thanks to the glass panels of the facade that open the interior area to a view of the surroundings.

Airbnb Type Residence
The choice of materials such as, black marble, mahogany wood for the kitchen area, anthracite painted MDF ribbed panels and fronts, microcement and exposed concrete for the fireplace area of the living room, as well as textile elements are combined to render an elegance with a modern and masculine air, in connection with the exterior structure. Also, the lighting fixtures are chosen to outline each space. The general idea was for each space to bring elements from the outside for a “mirroring” effect.
With large glass openings on the living room side, it becomes the center of interest where the colors chosen for the massive furniture are bright, reflecting exactly this external aspect. In contrast,the kitchen becomes more contrasting, being in the North area of the house. The element that connects them is “orange” being a color that blends perfectly with both areas “ying yang”.
