Concept: Soft Corporate Hospitality

This project is built around the idea of soft corporate design, where office spaces move beyond rigid layouts and incorporate elements inspired by hospitality environments.

Rounded architectural frames, transparent meeting rooms, and café-style areas create a fluid layout that supports both focused work and team interaction. The result is a workspace designed to feel open, adaptable, and easy to navigate.

Furniture & Spatial Design

The furniture approach is modern, ergonomic, and understated. Workstations are optimized for daily efficiency, while lounge and café areas introduce softer elements such as upholstered seating, wooden stools, and stepped platforms.

Through photorealistic rendering, the project highlights how different zones support both individual work and informal collaboration.

Material & Colour Palette

The material palette is calm and cohesive, built around light oak, cream, beige, soft grey, and muted green tones, complemented by subtle brand accents.

These choices create a bright and professional setting, while maintaining enough contrast to keep the space visually engaging without becoming overwhelming.

Lighting Design

Lighting plays a key role in defining the overall identity of the space. Linear fixtures establish a clear visual rhythm, while integrated lighting in shelving and bar areas adds depth and warmth.

A sculptural wavy LED feature acts as a focal point, reinforcing the contemporary architectural language and adding a distinctive visual element.

Workspace & Collaboration Areas

The workspace is designed to balance structure and flexibility, supporting both focused tasks and team interaction.

Open layouts, transparent partitions, and clearly defined zones create a smooth transition between different areas of use. This approach helps improve workflow efficiency while maintaining a comfortable and engaging setting.
